Hello community! Here I am again with a new APIC-EM problem.
When I tried to deploy IWAN in a branch I got the error attached below. I tried about 6 times, and in all attempts I got the same message "you can not apply QoS on the interfaces". We tried to delete and load the branch from the APIC-EM, we re-applied the licenses on the branch's router, restarted the router, etc. and the problem persist.
APIC can not apply the "nhrp group prm-1.0Mbps" on the tunnel interface or the "service-policy output prm-dscp # iwan-8-id1 # shape # 1.0" on the physical interface.
The rest of the IWAN configuration was deployed OK, we have the DMVPN, EIGRP, ENCRYPTION, all is working ok but QoS was not applied.
I was trying to find someone else with the same problem but I could not find a problem like this in the community.
Any help will be appreciated.
PD: We do not have auto qos applied in the device.
