Is there anyway to speed up the IOS upgrade via PnP? I assume its doing a TFTP? It seemed to take a long time to for a 26 Mb file.

It all depends where the APIC-EM located to provisioning switch.
As per my testing, provission times are reasonable

Its directly connected to same switch provisioning the new one. Took 20 minutes for a 26 Mb file. I am worried how long it will take for a 500 Mb 3850 IOS
