Join me for a fictional story about Les, a Software Developer, as they solve network automation problems, one by one, scaling from scripting, to a whole-blown platform... and attempting to solve the hard fundamentals of network automation by themselves.
Speaker: Mark Swanborough, Leader, Customer Delivery, Cisco Mark is Leader in our Customer Experience organization. As the Head of our APJC Automation and Visibility Practice, he and his team work with customers on accelerating their automation journey, as well as championing their needs internally within Cisco. And disrupting how Cisco can use automation ourselves!• He is no stranger to NSO development – a career developer and architect until 4 years ago, in his prior role at Cisco, he led the introduction of NSO into the top 4 service providers in Australia, and supported many more.• And whilst he’s no longer regularly hands-on, he still gets a kick out of linking business problems to elegant technical solutions.
