CX agent - Firepower

Hello everyone, good morning.

I hope you’re all doing well. I’d like to check if there’s any issue with the CX collection related to the Firepower device, as it’s the only one that doesn’t appear in any of the collections.

Should not be as long as the credentials are correct. Where are you checking on the collections to see that it doesn’t show up?

In the Assets section and in the report of collected IPs, the Firepower device still doesn’t appear. Even with the correct credentials, it’s the only equipment missing, and I’ve noticed this in several collections. Is there any report or document related to this?

Can you send me a private message to let me know the specific customer account name and you can share the IP or hostname of the firepower device and I’ll check if there is anything in logs.
