Hello everyone, good morning. I hope you’re all doing well. I’d like to check if there’s any issue with the CX collection related to the Firepower device, as it’s the only one that doesn’t appear in any of the collections.

I am trying to ping the CX Cloud Agent for troubleshooting, but I am not receiving any response. I read online that some users also cannot ping the agent. Could someone confirm if the CX Cloud Agent is supposed to respond to ICMP ping requests?
