Cisco's Customer Experience (CX) Research is conducting in-person research at Cisco Live 2024 in Las Vegas (June 3-6) to enable you to extend your existing Cisco technologies and leverage customer experience data sources to build custom software services, integrations and automated workflows. We want to learn:
- How much software customization is your org willing to do vs. what Cisco needs to do?
- What Cisco data sources and enhancements do you need to achieve your desired outcomes?
- What packaged software services, apps, integrations and plug-ins do you expect from Cisco or Partners?
