How can I view all services contracts of a customer? Is CX Cloud can help me ? If so, what kind of permissions or procedures should have been taken to get access and view these contracts?

Customers can create CX Cloud accounts for their company/organization at https://cx.cisco.com/activate. Once created, the super admin user of the account can add services contracts to the account through Admin > Data Sources > Contracts. Only those contracts the super admin is entitled to will show up as possible to include. This may not be "all the services contracts of a customer". The super admins need to ensure they are entitled to the service contracts in their Cisco.com profile.
