Hello,
I am currently working on the failure cases of the Cisco Catalyst Switch 9300 inside a bay.
I would like to know what the behaviour of the Switch is in case of extended overheat and/or long fan failure.
Is there any safety mechanism implemented inside the Switch ?
Would it perform a hardware reset or a shutdown automatically ? Would the switch continue working and it will be the responsibility of the Operator to shut down the switch ?
