- That could point to memory fragmentation , it looks not applicable in this context , but could you also
try a power cycle of the nexus first ?

- Could you try to execute the procedure as explained in : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JskVWVY5U00&t=92s
(of course parameters could change , such as the os version you want to install).

1. Please use the "install all" command to upgrade NXOS instead of changing the boot variable.
2. Please refer to the following documentation to follow the upgrade path: 6.x -> 6.0(2)A8(11b) -> 7.0(3)I7(9) -> 9.3(x).
