Hello All,
Can we create Nexus VDC on 9K boxes or not . Do we have Alternative for Nexus 7K regarding switch virtualization.

No, there is no VDC feature on Nexus 9000 family. Only Nexus 7000/7700 has this option.
The only "alternative" is to use VRFs to split your routing tables.
