ESXi host of N1Kv VEM crashing!

Hi,

I have a problem with my C1010 deployment in a VMware ESXi 4.x environment. The ESXi crashed twice already, although over a period of time, for no apparent reason. The physical network connections through a N5K has been in tact. Also, the VSM only  show that the port trunk to ESXi host  went down.

I have attached my VSM configuration as per attached. Please can someone vet it and tell me where there may be problem(s).

It would help if you had a screenshot of the crashed system and the crash dump.  The dump would be captured in an vm-support bundle.   Once we have the crash and/or screen shot we can advise further.
