Hi, I have two Nexus 5672 switches with active FCOE protocol. They have worked without problems for several years. We are noticing some issues such as:
%NPV-5-FRAME_DISCARDED: %$VSAN 4%$ Frame with unexpected FC2 status 0xc received on interface fc1/39
Same message for all FC ports on both switches.
Obviously the vsans are all down but active.
On the vfc ports I notice a message doing the "show int vfcXX"
vfc14 is down (NPV upstream port not available)
Downstream we have brocade switches (I've no control).
With a debug I've this lines...
With a vsan debug on my 5K I've found this...
