FEX and vPC on two N5k are constantly flapping

NX OS  version: 7.3(0)N1(1) on 5k we have total 5 FEX but N2K-C2348TQ-10GE model is flapping constanty

is there any issue with IOS version?

Moreover, if you see it's keep flapping, is it the link flap from 5k or fex reload, any core?

DO you see any input error on the link between fex and nexus 5k.
