During my Nexus 1000v class, I got this question can you see what Lvethernet is used when the Vethernet is being created.

This customer seems to have an issue with "old" settings when he wants to use a new port profile

Not sure I understand the question.  What do you mean by "LvEthernet"?

To see which vEthernet Interfaces are being used, the command "show interface virtual" should give you a listing of all vEth interfaces".

If you're looking for the LTL (Local Target Logic) identifier you can use the command "module vem X execute vemcmd show port" (Where X is the module # the VM is running on - detailed by the first command).  This will give you the vEthernet # and the VEM's local LTL ID also.
