We are replacing our EOL Nexus 7K,5K & 2K`s to Nexus 9K switches (core - 93180YC-FX, access - 9348GC-FXP).
We have SD-WAN & Internet links from each 7K & we have 2 DWDM links between our 2 Datacentres.
We have stretched vlans across both DC`s via the DWDM, each vlan has a decreasing HSRP priority across all the core
switches.
What I`d like to know is how do I connect the old 7K to the new 9K ?
What kind of links do I require, layer-2 & layer-3 links or both ?
In a nutshell I want to migrate a server from the old to the new & make sure it is still accessible & it can get
to the old network/services etc.
Any advice would be most appreciated as this is something I`ve never done before.
