HSRP Issue over OTV

I have the following setup:

                                (HQ)                                                                                       (DR)

Nexus 7000 core SW1 -- vPC--Nexus 7000 core SW1                              Nexus 7000 core SW1                

                     |                                           |                                                              |

                      ----------------------------------------**OTV**-------------

There are some vlans configured with HSRP  on the three core switches (HQ and DR). There is a FHRP Isolation with OTV configured.

What should the HSRP status for the core SW1 in DR site appear? ACTIVE?

Yes, if FHRP Isolation is configured it should show ACTIVE as they should not be able to see the HSRP packets from one another
