I have nexus 2148T FEX that I wanna use as dumb switch. no need vlan.
it seems by default when I connect my pc, all its ports are in shutdown state.
?
1. can I change it to "no shut" without connecting to 5k

-answered myself because I already tried on my 5010+2148
the answer is NO because fex doesn't have control plane
when 5k that connected to 2k down, automatically all ports in 2k will be down
