Hi,
I am looking for information on the scalability of the nexus series switches. I found this information regarding Nexus 5600 switches. On the 3rd line it says, for RSTP, the verified value for virtual ports is 48K.
Is there any command to verify it in production?
In IOS you have 'show vlan virtual-port'.
I'm looking for the NX-OS equivalent.
Thank you in advance!

I don't believe this value is accurate, it's actually closer to 16k if memory serves me correct. I would need to reach out to the BU regarding this as it appears to be a mistake in the documentation.
This command should do the trick
show spanning-tree internal info global | beg Total

Thank you for your reply.
Could I please get an answer from the BU since what you're saying and what's in the documentation is quite different!
I'm more inclined to believe your answer than the documentation due to previous experience but a definitive answer would help!
Kind Regards

I've raised an internal bug (CSCvt61245) this won't be visible externally. I'll try get the DEs to confirm the correct numbers because they're exceptionally high. Will post an update here once I get a response/solution.
