Nexus5548 Fex 101 temperature alarm

one of our customer DC Device poling temperature 45C multiple times in this week, where Fex 100 in same device has temperature under 45C.

Please advise what needs to be look into.

is this one time or repeating all time ? if one time you can ignore it.

since DC environment some time might have increased the temperature with surrounding equipment.

if constant required attention to visit physical check the environment.
