NXOS release 9.3(6) brand new intalled on N3K-C3048TP-1GE

When I follow instruction to install telemetry modules I always get this message:
Install operation 111 failed and activation rolled back at Fri Nov 27 16:45:19 2020
How can I debug this specific message?
The package not being installed and feature never activated.
Trying to force install rpm via yum I get an error relevant to incompatibility hash content in this file /var/run/mgmt/sharedmeta-hash. Forced the content of the file I finally get the rpms installed, anyway althogh I have those installed (see below) I cannot enable features... any comment?
