Top of Rack, End of Row, and Core Swiches for 55 Racks Data Center

I am currently designing 55 racks data center. I plan to use 10 top of rack switches, four end of row aggregate switches and two core switches. The end of raw switch and the top of rack switches will need to be supporting L2/L3 and Open Flow, Including SFP. I seek advise on the best models to start with, provided that I want to have the flexibility to scale up the data center over time. Any suggestion will be appreciated. Thx,

As it depends on the scalability requirements for your DC, I would suggest to use the compare feature on this page:

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/switches/nexus-9000-series-switches/models-comparison.html

Nexus 9500 - EoR switches

Nexus 9300 - ToR switches

Recommended typologies and protocols for new designs:

- topology: CLOS (spine-leaf)

- protocols/solutions: VxLAN with MP-BGP EVPN & DCNM or, if you are looking for SDN solution in DC, ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure)

Stay safe,
