cisco 9300 switch stuck ssh using tera term

when we're using tera term to take ssh on cisco devices it stucks .

is there any solution or work around to fix the problem.

Are you talking about nexus or catalyst? Are there any other connections which work ok (telnet, console)? Does SSH work from other terminals?

catalyst , we have tried only ssh . We tried through putty its working only its stuck while using tera term.

From your description, it looks like a teraterm (application) problem and not switch-related problem or config issue. I would suggest you also search on google about this. Seems there are quite some topics opened on this matter. Also, make sure your ssh client (tera term) is properly set up: https://ttssh2.osdn.jp/manual/4/en/menu/setup-sshauth.html
