VMware vSAN alarms - High pNIC error rate being detected

Hi,

W have Cisco Nexus N3K-C3548P-10GX switches in the data center access. All ESXi hosts in  VxRail infrastructure are generating this alarm on the vCenter:  

high pNIC error rate being detected 

Switch interfaces are all similar. There are output drops but other than that nothing significant. I am wondering what could be the reason.

Upgrade firware drivers on the host.
