In here this Supervisor module hasn't got a replacement. So what could be the best combination of hardware to replace my actual set up. I need two sets.

Hello,
Since your question is in Data Center thread, I would presume that you are looking for DC designed switches.
As a replacement, you might want to have a look over Nexus 9000 family, which opens the path to go towards VXLAN based fabric. If you like a more SDN approach, you can run the Nexus switches in ACI.

However, if you are looking for campus switches, Cat 9600 is your way to go:
