hello,
i created a jsp page and add it as service in cucm , right now i can call the service(jsp) and display any think in the ip communicator.
the question is how can we get the "device name" and "loged user" from ip communicator using that service .
i know that to get the device information we have to use <Getphone ><name>.....devicename....</name> but if i don't have that device name
how can i get that information from the device ??
is there any way to do that
