Hold music while before the custom java class

Hi , I want to play the hold music while my custom class is waiting for web service response. I have to use the fetchaudio, fetchaudiominimum, fetchaudiodelay and fetchtimeout properties in the root doc or before the custom java class by using voice element but my hold music is not playing. My hold music is "Please wait we are fetching your information" sometimes on the different nodes it plays only "Please" and after that the voice prompts plays. Anyone have faced such issue please help me.

My issue resolved i was using the # key before playing the hold music therefore

when i was pressing # the hold music was not playing i have used flush node for flushing the input the hold music is working now.
