I have a requirement to develop a abandon report to show the details of the calls which got abandoned in network(i.e before transferring to any skill group). Cisco doc's says in TCD table, calldisposition 1 is treated as "abandon in network", however when we verified the data in TCD AgentSkillTragetID column having values, ideally if the call disconnected in network before skill transfer AgentSkillTragetID should not be available. Can you advice how can i get the Aban call details for this requirement..
