I've been with Cisco's Developer Experience team for some time now, and one thing that continues to surprise me is the hunger to learn to code. I would have thought that after a few years, we would be talking with mainly experienced developers. But I would be wrong! Not only do we continue to have beginning developers who want to learn how to automate their networks, but it seems like this appetite for learning is only growing! I think it's great that more and more people are getting into code development, and I find it encouraging to see Cisco continuing to focus on the software side of its business and investing in developers. Of course, it's not just Cisco... the whole world of high-tech needs developers, and you, my developer community, are the answer!
We have a poll over on the right side of the screen.
I'd like to hear about your experience as a developer. If you'd like to share any comments about your journey, please add them to the discussion below! We're also trying this poll out on social!
