I would like to interact with the API of a Unified Contact Center Enterprise Management portal.
What I'd like to do is access the agents and skills in the UCCEM.
I've found the sandbox link provided in the documentation and the closest thing I've found is the
Unified Contact Center Express 12.5
Am I close?
