Low code and no code solutions are getting popular. I've been experimenting with UiPath low/no code solutions. So far, it looks like it's basically a visual means of creating Windows macros that can span across multiple applications. For example, you can have it enter data into an Excel spreadsheet, create a graph, and convert that into a PDF file. These are all things you can do without the help of UiPath automation. It just creates a friendlier way of leading you through the steps in a pseudo-automated way.
Pros: I've always wanted a "Windows Macro" program to automate procedures that span multiple applications, and UiPath seems to provide exactly that.
Cons: (Only my personal perspective) I don't engage in a series of steps on Windows on such a regular basis that the thought of automating them has much appeal. Perhaps you do have a series of tasks you engage in repeatedly. If so, there's no con to speak of.
