Catalyst Center refusing connection

Hi, i've been trying to access the catalsyst center using Cisco catalyst center sandbox but the connection is being refused. 

i tried to terminate and relaunch the sandbox, but that doesn't help. 
Other services are accessible. 

Also i verified my vpn connection by accessing ISE and i'm able to access it without any issues, so that's covered.

Also have the same issue. I have restarted the Sandbox twice and still the same issue with DNA Center access.

Hi everyone,

I'm joining the thread to confirm I am facing the exact same behavior. To rule out any local network or VPN issues, I performed a deep dive within the CML workbench.

I added a desktop node to the topology, configured it on the same subnet, and here are the findings:

Network Reachability is OK: As shown in the attached screenshot, I can successfully ping the Catalyst Center (10.10.20.85) from the CML desktop with no packet loss and low latency.

Service Refusal: Despite the connectivity, any attempt to access the Web UI via HTTPS results in a "Connection Refused" error (tested on both the local machine and the CML node).

It seems the Catalyst Center stack is failing to initialize the API Gateway/Web services upon sandbox provisioning. Has anyone found a workaround?
