  I managed to book the DNA Lab 2, but i've issue authenticating with the DNA:   i've tried with Admin\Cisco1234! and admin\Cisco1234! without any success, those were the crendtial provided on the lab preview and the lab topology, any idea? keep telling me " Unable to log in at this moment. Please try again at a later time. ", but i'm already 1h into the lab i highly doubt that the lab didn't start fully yet!   Thanks!   ... View more

Attempting to see what to expect from a CML subscription with a 4-hour free trial; 2 hours in, I'm not sure if the problems with the labs, the blueprints, procedures...(frustrated)...are due to a restriction placed on the temporary access account or if it's an issue with the overall platform.  First lab launched from a blueprint showed "Relevant Resources were not found".  Terminating that lab, trying to launch any other lab shows "limit reached" popup.  Finally, I got a random lab to launch, only to find out it had nothing to do with how I understood the workflow, or how I intended to use/test the platform.  i.e. vpn client downloaded, but no access info given/available. The issue with the vpn client itself was another hurdle, but I do have to admit that it was easy once I realized that a download link to the software had been e-mailed to me.  So, I thought that aspect of the experience is resolved.  However, see the second comment.  Everything else, unfortunately, is not.  At this point, I'm not sure what to make of this thing, with 2 hours left in some temporary sandbox access. I terminated 2 labs in the environment, due to the issues I mentioned above.  I don't have a way to start another lab nor do I have an option to re-deploy or restart the environment that was assigned to me.       ... Hello, I am trying to SSH to always on IOS XE devices in the DevNet sandbox with Ubuntu Linux as I try to learn Python. I receive the following error when I try and connect to any of them: tiate with 131.226.217.149 port 22: no matching key exchange method found. Their offer: diffie-hellman-group-exchange-sha1,diffie-hellman-group14-sha1 I have editing the ssh_config file in /etc/ssh/ssh_config to add: KexAlgorithms diffie-hellman-group1-sha1,curve25519-sha256@libssh.org,ecdh-sha2-nistp256,ecdh-sha2-nistp384,ecdh-sha2-nistp521,diffie-hellman-group-exchange-sha256,diffie-hellman-group14-sha1 Ciphers 3des-cbc,blowfish-cbc,aes128-cbc,aes128-ctr,aes256-ctr but I can't no matter what I do ssh_config is not editable. It would be great to have the functionality for moderators in a space to toggle on a feature that allows non-moderators to comment to a posts thread when a space is set to announcement mode. We have a space that we only want the moderators to post in, but do want non-moderators to be able to reply to the posts with feedback or questions. Thanks! ... View more

I observed a couple of things about this lab which I think might be improved.  1) After provisioning of the sandbox leaf switches were not reachable. I assumed this is done by purpose for people to play with LAN automation part. If that's correct then having a small tutorial which mentions this would really help. 2) ISE is not integrated into DNAC. Moreover SSH credentials which are required for ISE onboarding into DNAC are not provided. So basically from 5 devices we can only work with 2. Would be good to either have ISE already integrated or keep to possibility to do it on our own.  3) There is a button to redeploy a vm from image (developer box). It is also possible to restart ISE server. Would be great if we can have some sort of reset or redeploy option for the HW switches or lab overall. The use case for this is when someone messed up the lab (like I just did unintentionally) they could have an option to reset it.   Thanks a lot for giving us opportunity to play with the new technologies.    ... A very useful Sandbox for all developers working with Webex Cloud collaboration, is to have a sandbox with the resources required for cloud collaboration.   A simple topology that can be booked within 15 minutes but completely reliable as to practice API in a complete topology and also troubleshoot various issues.   This is a sandbox that has been missing  and as cloud collaboration is gaining its recognition, this could be useful to all. We will need (CUCM, IMP, CUC, EXPC-E, AD, 3 PCs) This would need access to Control Hub for service creation. An automation script to create a few users upon booking this lab, or a script to get the users after the lab is created. This would need access to Internet for testing but not to PSTN services.  ... Hi Team,   I see that when I connect to vpn to access viral sandbox , I get dns server as 10.10.20.100 but that server is not able to access internet on laptop. I know due to change in internet policy you are not allowing any lab device to not access internet but this should not apply to my laptop as I will be referring internet documents when building VIRL network in lab.   May be when I connect internet , you should give me public dns and have your internal dns for lab devices?   FYI ..   I did manually change my adapter settings to point dns to 8.8.8.8 but still internet was not working. I can resolve google.com with nslookup google.com 8.8.8.8 but I cant do ping -a google.com.I am fine when I disconnect vpn. This is my first time connecting to the lab with CiscoAnyConnect. I was fine to establish the VPN in first time and then connected to the devices. However, due to my laptop was hang, I did the hard reboot. After the reboot, I failed to connect to VPN. The error messages were as attached.   I managed to connect back to the lab by end the lab and then did a new reserve. It seems the problem was due to my previous VPN connection was still active and the vpn system did not allow me to establish another new connection. May I have solution on this instead of re-do the reservation for same lab? Thanks. ... View more
