We have developed custom 3rdparty gadget using 10.6 sample finesse gadget code. It is working without any issue with finesse 11.6 version. We did same configuration on finesse 10.6 but it is not visible in 10.6 Cisco finesse desktop.
We followed all the steps which is required for configure and deploy 3rdparty gadget as per 3rdparty gadget document. Also cleared browser cache but still not working. Can anyone please help to resolve this issue.
Please see the attached screenshot from 11.6 and 10.6.
Only difference is 10.6 have HA environment and 11.6 have simplex.
