APIC-EM Always On Sandbox site can't be reached

I'm trying to use the APIC-EM Always On sandbox, but I'm receiving an error that the site is unreachable. 

Is this a known issue? Is this sandbox still functional? 

Please advise.

Hi there,

APIC-EM was EOL'd a few years back. APIC-EM v2.x became part DNA-C. All of the functionality can be found in the DNA-C product.
