I am getting the following error:
The device associated with that extension or dial number is invalid.
Surprisingly, it used to work, but all of a sudden the above error appears. Some help is much appreciated!

Just checking, is this for the UCCX lab? What agent are you trying to log into? Does the user have a registered DN?

Hi Jacob,
This is a UCCX lab and no agents can login using Finesse. All of them have DN associated but some agents are not registered (status Rejected).

Hello Shoval,
Sorry for the slow reply . In order to get the users logged in, they will need to be registered by using a local Jabber client on your PC. In the "Finesse" tab of the instructions it shows how to log in finesse. You will want to use agent logins.
Jabber Login Information
There are 20 Finesse agents and 5 Standard users pre-configured with Jabber for Windows or Mac as follows:
Standard Usernames: User001@abc.inc - User005@abc.inc
Standard Passwords: ciscopsdt
Agents Usernames: Agent001@abc.inc - Agent020@abc.inc
Agent Passwords: ciscopsdt
