cisco AnyConnect app

I downloaded the cisco AnyConnect mobility client app but it is not working and my sandbox is already activated and I received the 2 emails for the vpn but the app wont work even if I try to uninstall  it doesn't uninstall

What is the error you are getting, is this when you are trying to connect to the sandbox or error with the installation of the client?

when I try to connect to the sandbox, it says login failed after entering my username and password on the vpn

 

This can happen for a few reason. Type in your username/password copying this in can results in space and your information rejected. Check your sandbox is still active in your reservation list, if your reservation has expired you will get this message also. If your reservation is active, check in case the sandbox has come up with errors, if errors happened in the build process you will not be able to connect. 

If you have check these thing and get the same issue, suggest to cancel the reservation if it is still active and reserve a new one.
