I am unable to connect my vpn to the sandbox?,  Connection attempt has timed out Anyconnect said to check my internet

2:49:33 PM Connection attempt has failed.
2:49:33 PM Unable to contact devnetsandbox-emea-gwy.cisco.com.

Check your outbound ports are open. The port range will be anywhere from TCP 20100 through TCP 20354. Give that a try and you should be good to go. If that's not working, keep in mind VPNs also use TLS (TCP 443) and DTLS (UDP 443). Though typically these are open in most organizations.

You can test your connection also by tethering to your cellular device.

Hope this helps.

Thanks.

The issues is resolved now. But now is not able to access  Tomcat Manager URL below though could ssh to 10.10.20.10

                 http://10.10.20.10:8080/manager/html

Hence the below cmd is also not showing listen status on port 8080.
Is there any support link to raise ticket for vm specific issues? Please share

@krkothan suggest to start a new thread on here and ask the engineering to look at this. There is no ticket system just this community space.

Hope this helpsl
