Cisco Modeling Lab Personal Licence?

i am learning to get my Cisco Certified Technician Certification  and possibly the CCNA soon thereafter. I have been using Cisco Modeling lab to learn and I have been using the VPN connection to access the website lab. I want to know if I buy the Cisco Modeling lab Personal license what does that come with? Will i no longer need the VPN connection, can I or will my labs that I created be saved after I log off?

any insight will be helpfully.

yes its Local version you can do what ever you want and when ever you want all saved for your Local Lab

cost you around $200 ( and you get 20 devices)

check the device requirement : ( dont go with 8GB Ram that is basic, you may need 32 GB ram for good lab to work)
