Cisco Modeling Labs Sandbox start after hours

Goodmorning, I'm new to Cisco CML Sandbox.

I try to reserve a Cisco Modeling Labs Sandbox, I select to start the lab now, after waiting the creation of the reservation, I see in top right that request is in state Pending and the Sandbox start in 22 hours.

I see two video on Youtube that tell how to start Cisco Modeling Labs Sandbox and they all say that need only 10 minutes to start, but in my case it's necessary 22 hours.

It was changed something that may need more hours to start a Sandbox?

@andryel85 This could be the reservation time. The CML sandbox is very popular and often wait times are longer than 10 minute's, 10 minutes is the set up from when your reservation starts until the sandbox is built for use. When you reserve a sandbox it automatically provides the next available slot. You can override this and select a time in the future which is more friendly for your time zone. Ensure you profile is set for your time zone if you use this feature.
