CUCM stopped responding

Yesterday CUCM worked without issue. I tried to continue testing and my AXL and RisPort requests timed out. I tried to load cucmadmin in a browser and it times out. I also cannot connect via SSH either. I also tried the subscriber with no luck.

 

I used the sandbox workspace to power cycle CUCM and have the same results. I can ping the publisher and tracert shows resolution. Jabber registers for IM&P but the phone does not register, just spins saying "Setting Phone".

 

We have also tried to connect from another machine with the same results. I RDP'd to the domain server and was not able to open the cucmadmin page from it either.

 

Any other thoughts on troubleshooting?
