Didn't receive the 871 config file for VPN conenction to sandbox

Hello,

Last time we used the sandbox, some months ago, we received a user for anyconnect, and a config file for a connection site-to-site with a 871 router.

This time, we don’t have the config for a  871, only the anyconnect user.

We need to connect a lan with some devices to the sandbox, so we absolutely need a VPN site-to-site.

Thanks,

Hello Joseph,

I made the change,

I think it’s ok now.

=>

IPT-sandbox# ping 10.10.10.1

Type escape sequence to abort.

Sending 5, 100-byte ICMP Echos to 10.10.10.1, timeout is 2 seconds:

!!!!!

Success rate is 100 percent (5/5), round-trip min/avg/max = 28/31/32 ms

Thanks for your help, and best regards,

Gildas

Hi,

What Sandbox have you booked? is this IVT related or are you booking a separate lab?

Thanks,

Joe

Hi,

We’ve booked the contact center sandbox but this is not within an IVT process.

Philippe

Hi,

Have you connected to this sandboxes (or any of our sandboxes) before with a router?

We used EasyVPN configuration on a cisco 800 series router to build a tunnel back to the sandbox. Do you have a router on your side for this connection?

Regards,

joe

Yes, we have a 871, and yes, we have connected to the DevNet Endpoint and Accessory IVT Sandbox Environment. some months ago, and we received a file "871-confg" with the key elements for the VPN config.

ok,

I see you have a running Contact Center Enterprise reservation. can you please send me the current configuration on your 871 router? please send to jokearns@cisco.com

Joe

Ok, I 'll do that.

FYI, I didn't modify it since the last sandbox, so the VPN config is still present.

Thats ok. you will now be connecting to a different sandbox so the configuration will need to change.

Joe

Of course. We just need the information for the new VPN connection.

Hi,

just sent you new connection information in an email.

regards,

Joe
