DNA Center Labs not available, or DNA-Center Controller not available

Hi,

I'm trying to test something using a DNAC sandbox. The only ones available for reserving recently have been Cisco DNA Center Lab and Cisco DNA Center Lab 4. Labs 1, 2, and 3 are listed as "Contains a resource(s) that is currently unavailable"

So, from this image, I can reserve the first and the last ones. However, the Cisco DNA-Center Controller GUI is not reachable from either of those sandboxes over HTTP/HTTPS.

I've tried multiple browsers, from within the sandbox VPN.
