Dear Cisco community,
Is there a way to request additional public internet port access for the PCCE sandbox?
The context is I am trying to use PCCE sandbox env to test CUCM recording functionality to an external recorder endpoint (Amazon Chime), and currently, TCP port 5060 is not accessible in sandbox env. I tested the TCP ports 80 and 443 works, but when configuring the SIP TRUNK destination address CUCM only allows ports within the range 1024 and 65535. I am wondering whether there is a way for us to request additional public internet access for the PCCE sandbox, ideally TCP 5060 for the sip protocol port.
Thanks
