How to set Park on CUCM and how to test park by Test Tool?

Hi All,

I set a park number on CUCM, but when I right click the "Park" of the connection icon on test tool, message "there is no park DN".

Does anyone have suggestions?

Which test tool are you using to test Park?

If it's the JTAPI test tool, note that the JTAPI application user on CUCM needs an extra permission to monitor Park DNs: Standard CTI Allow Call Park Monitoring
