I got DevNet Sandbox Lab email but there is no Lab Network Address,

• Lab Network Address: NA
• Username: XXXX
• Password: WOrXXXX

How can I get VPN access without an the access point IP?

Is there anyway to get help?

Hi Divyansh,

I just reserved a lab using a test account and did receive all the information, including lab network address.

Can you cancel your current reservation (if you have one), and rebook the lab.
