Not able to connect to Sandbox

Hi

Made a reservation. Downloaded and installed AnyConnect on Windows. Restarted Windows. Yet not able to connect via AnyConnect VPN using the credentials provided in email. Dialog box says: "VPN establishment capability for a remote user is disabled. A VPN connect will not be established" AnyConnect logs below. Thanks in advance!

Solved by running AnyConnect VPN client on a physical laptop. Does not work on a Virtual Machine running inside VMWare and consistently results in the above error. 

 

Does AnyConnect VPN client only work on physical devices and not on VMs?

i appear to be having the same issue on Mac OS. I unchecked both boxes for "Block connections to untrusted servers" and entered the IP address provided 10.10.20.161. The System Scan returns "No policy server detected Default network access is in effect".

I have a VPN running and have tried it with it enabled and disabled.

Solved by running AnyConnect VPN client on a physical laptop. Does not work on a Virtual Machine running inside VMWare and consistently results in the above error. 

 

Does AnyConnect VPN client only work on physical devices and not on VMs?
