Not receiving vpn credentials for sandbox.

I reserved a Collaboration 11.5 sandbox and used the details in this post https://community.cisco.com/t5/devnet-sandbox/how-to-add-users-vpns-to-a-sandbox/td-p/3522268 to add another user when setting the reservation.

 

I received the email with VPN details but the other user did not. I have spent a lot of time researching possible solutions and have not been able to get a sandbox running that will allow two Jabber clients to connect to make calls and generate CDRs. 

 

Is there something I am missing? Any assistance is appreciated.

Hi,

 

The VPN user creation in the post is no longer working.

 

We've setup another VPN account for your reservation, and sent it to your another email address.

Thank you for the quick response and assistance. John is now setup and able to connect.

Is the VPN user creation still working?  How do we create new vpn users?
