I'm trying from today to create a new sandbox, and all the time the same message, I cancelled, stopped, and, again the same issue.
Any way to fix it, or only someone from cisco can do it ?

Hi... the option of "IOS XE on Catalyst" now is not anymore available.... then... removed because was causing issues ? Will be available again ?

@muadiv ENG team are currently working on an issue affecting some reservations. As soon as these have been completed it will be added back into service.
