Hi,
I've created
Sandbox ID634bf0cd-e00b-4e0e-b8ab-ce7935b988f6
but have received no email with the VPN info. I enabled the "Email Notifications - On Start",
The setup is complete, but there is no email, nothing in my Spam box.

Hi lesbush17,
I've checked our system log and there was an email generated t 2018-11-24 17:30:53.407. The email delivery maybe not succeeded due to unavailability of smtp service.
You can retrieve your VPN information from "Output Window" in your reservation page.
