sandbox lab and TSP

Hi  .. need to understand which sandbox lab shall we use for testing. We have to do the CTI integration with CUCM 9.1.

Also what should we used for development tapi32.dll / CISCO TSP? do we need TSP if we are using sandbox lab for testing?

Since couple of hours i can not connect to sandbox using AnyConnect VPN. Is there any issue with sandbox?

I have added all the suggested permissions. I can login to CUCM using newly created end user.

I have added new user in TSP configuration and restarted telephony service. But inside the dialer we can not see the CISCO lines/devices.

I have created Collaboration 10.5 sandbox lab and can connect using AnyConnect VPN.

I login to given lab address using browser but when i am opening CUCM then its not opening.

Is there any issue with the LAB VPN?

Hi,

I have just connected to that VLAN over VPN and accessed the CUCM publisher and subscriber successfully.

are you seeing an error? can you ping the IP addresses? 10.10.20.1 and 10.10.20.2.

I can ping these IP address. It's not giving any error but it is very slow and got stuck in middle of processing.

I can see the CUCM publisher and CUCM subscriber page. But get stuck when click on Cisco unified communication manager link.

Hi,

Can you use a full anyconnect client tunnel when Accessing the sandbox? SSL VPN is not set up.
